Altitude Partners provides a unique route for doing so through professional equity fund structure, investing from within the regional markets. We have access to significant local deal flow, much of which is never seen by the London centric funds. This provides us with a significant investment advantage, as one of the key factors of good investment is to have sufficient opportunities to assess.
Unlike the myriad of ‘Angel’ clubs where investors are asked to make investment decisions based on limited information and access, Altitude makes the investments across a portfolio of companies on behalf our qualifying investors. These investment decisions are made with the benefit of extensive time spent with the target company and detailed due diligence combined with extensive investment experience. We are also investing our own money in each transaction.
Investor’s commitments are spread over a portfolio of different businesses as a strategy to reduce the risk profile of their investment. We then monitor and drive exit processes for the portfolio of companies. In short, we provide a unique full service approach for investors.
